The conference will take place on-site. The authors can specify which format they prefer during the submission process. Online presentations may be organized in a hybrid format upon request.
Abstracts will be taken into consideration to be developed and lengthened to an article format and submitted for publication in the Springer book series.

Information about the different format of presentation:

  •  The oral sessions are being planned to take place, both on-site and virtually. For online, the presenter will be sent a Zoom link in advance. The exact amount of time of the oral sessions will be announced after the selection process.
  •  The poster sessions will be on-site only. The accepted format for a poster is A0, landscape or portrait. The presenters will be given a posterboard number and a time and day when they must be present in front of their poster. The poster will be displayed all day.

More information about the proposed formats will be available after the selection process. Authors will then be provided detailed instructions and guidance.

The deadline for abstract submission is 21 March 2024 at 14:00 Baku time (UTC +4). The Abstract submission is free of charge. Open call starts 8 January 2024.
